Do my QR codes stop working if I cancel?

Static codes work forever — they encode your content directly and never expire. Dynamic codes (which redirect through QRJI) keep working and tracking while your plan is active. Our Free plan also includes 1 dynamic code with up to 100 scans a month, so you can keep a code live for free.

Can I export my codes and data?

Yes. Download any code as a high-resolution PNG, JPG or print-ready vector SVG/PDF, and export your scan data and leads as CSV. You're never locked in.

Is my data private?

Scan analytics are aggregate — totals, devices, cities and times — not personal profiles, and we don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

How secure is my account?

Every plan includes free two-factor authentication (an authenticator app or email codes) with backup recovery codes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card details.
